Ikura Japanese Cuisine

As this is a newly opened eatery, I enjoyed a less crowded place to get food. I was shocked when I got my teriyaki bento box. I had 3 pieces of salmon, so I was very surprise. The shrimp tempura is very full and much different texture, and the breading is more unique. My salad and miso soup came out before my bento box so I liked enjoying those items separately from the box.
The ambience was very nice clean store, newly remodeled. Staff is knowledgeable of the dishes and provided great service.
Hope people can try this place out and find unique Japanese cuisine.

Absolutely the best sushi I’ve had around here. It’s a bit pricey but it’s well worth it for the quality and the amount of food that you get. I got the Volcano roll and my partner got the Banzai roll. I can’t say how the Banzai roll tasted but my parter said it was amazing. My Volcano roll was delicious. On top it was absolutely loaded with crab salad and miniature scallops that just melt in your mouth. The spice level was wonderful; it enhanced the flavor and added to it instead of covering it up. The rolls themselves were great too. I also really appreciated that they were actually bite sized so I didn’t have to unhinge my jaw to eat the roll.
The dessert roll with cheesecake, I forget the name, was also fabulous. It is definitely something you don’t expect; pairing NY cheesecake with a, I believe mango sauce and fresh fruit, plus a slight crunch to it. It’s a great dessert.
